Do you only run organic, or do you also run paid? +

Both — but they're treated as separate disciplines for a reason. This proposal covers organic / earned / owned. The paid engine is covered in detail in the Performance Marketing capabilities proposal. Most brands run them together.

Do you produce content in-house? +

Yes. Copy, design, short-form video, and edits are produced by our team. For full shoots, podcast production, and high-end video, we bring in vetted production partners we've worked with for years.
