Why It Matters Now

The web is where your brand closes.

Every other channel sends traffic here. A site that loads in 1.2 seconds and converts at 4% just multiplied the value of every other marketing rupee you spent.

Most brands are still running websites built like 2018 brochures — heavy, slow, beautiful in Figma and broken on mobile. The compounding economic effect of a well-built site is enormous: better Core Web Vitals lower your ad CPC, better information architecture lifts SEO rankings, better UX lifts conversion, better systems let your team ship without engineers.

We design and build for conversion first, performance second, beauty as a non-negotiable third — on the modern stack the best teams in the world actually use. Headless when it makes sense, no-code when speed wins, custom when it has to be.

The Capability Stack

Seven disciplines, fully detailed.

The complete web build — from first user interview to month-12 iteration. Every layer documented, every craft owned in-house.

01
Think Before You Build

UX Research & Strategy

Before pixels, the strategy — who is this for, what are they doing, what unblocks the sale. The cheapest design problem to fix is the one you catch before development.

User & Market Research

Talk to the people who buy, the people who don't, and the data both leave behind. Synthesis becomes the brief.

Stakeholder interviews Customer / user interviews Persona & segment mapping Jobs-to-be-done framing Competitor & teardown audit Heuristic analysis Analytics & behaviour review Voice-of-customer mining
Information Architecture

How the site is organised, where each page lives, how a visitor moves through it — designed before a single screen.

Sitemap & URL architecture Navigation & menu logic Content inventory & mapping Card sorting & tree testing Funnel & user-flow design Page-type taxonomy Search & filter logic Internal linking strategy
Wireframes & Prototypes

Low-fidelity, fast-iterating wireframes that pressure-test the IA — and clickable prototypes that prove the flow before we commit.

Lo-fi wireframes Mid-fi grayscale flows Clickable prototypes Usability testing (moderated) Unmoderated remote testing Accessibility wireframe checks Stakeholder review rounds Sign-off & handoff to UI
UX Audits & Heuristic Review

For existing sites — a structured audit against Nielsen's heuristics, WCAG, and conversion best practices, scored and prioritised.

Heuristic evaluation Accessibility audit Conversion teardown Mobile-experience audit Form & checkout review Heat-map / session analysis Recommendations report Prioritised fix backlog
02
Craft & Consistency

UI Design & Design Systems

The visual layer — pixel-perfect, on-brand, and systemised. Every screen is a component, every component a token, every token a decision.

High-Fidelity UI

The visual design pass — every breakpoint, every state, every empty / loading / error condition. No surprises in development.

Desktop, tablet, mobile designs Hover, focus, active states Empty, loading, error states Edge cases & long-content tests Image & asset specifications Iconography & illustration Light & dark mode Motion & micro-interactions
Design Systems & Tokens

A scalable Figma library and token system that mirrors the codebase — so designers and engineers speak the same language.

Color & typography tokens Spacing & radius scales Component library Variants & auto-layout Token sync to code (Tokens Studio) Multi-brand theming Design-system documentation Governance & contribution rules
Motion & Interaction

Motion that earns its place — guiding attention, signalling state, and giving the brand its kinetic signature.

Page transitions Scroll & reveal animations Hover & micro-interactions Lottie & SVG animation WebGL & 3D moments Performance budgets for motion Reduced-motion fallbacks Prototypes for engineering
03
Convert First

Landing Pages & Marketing Websites

From a single high-converting landing page to a full marketing site — every section earns its place, every page has a goal, every CTA traces to revenue.

Conversion Landing Pages

Purpose-built pages tied to specific campaigns or offers — message-matched to the ad, mobile-first, and instrumented to the conversion event.

Ad-to-page message match Hero & offer copywriting Trust & social proof modules Lead form / checkout design Mobile-first layouts Speed optimization A/B testing setup Conversion tracking events
Marketing & Brand Sites

Multi-page sites for brands, founders, agencies, services and SaaS — fast, editable, and architected for SEO from page one.

Home, about, services, contact Case-study templates Blog / journal / press Pricing & comparison pages Careers / team pages Multi-language sites Location / regional pages Founder & personal-brand sites
Portfolios, Microsites & Campaigns

High-craft portfolio sites, launch microsites and campaign pages where the design itself is the brand statement.

Designer & studio portfolios Founder personal sites Product launch microsites Event & campaign pages Interactive storytelling WebGL hero experiences Limited-time landing pages Lookbook & catalog sites

Storefronts that Sell

E-commerce & D2C Storefronts

D2C-grade storefronts on Shopify, WooCommerce or custom — built around real conversion levers: product pages, PDP merchandising, checkout, post-purchase.

Shopify & Shopify Plus

Custom themes, headless setups, B2B, multi-store and full migration — Shopify is our default for D2C and we build it like operators.

Custom theme design & build Online Store 2.0 sections Headless Shopify (Hydrogen) Shopify Plus & B2B Multi-store & multi-currency Subscription setup App stack curation & integration Replatform / migration from Woo
WooCommerce & Magento

For brands invested in WordPress or needing deep customisation — production-grade Woo stores with the speed and ops other shops can't deliver.

Custom Woo theme builds WooCommerce extensions Magento / Adobe Commerce Custom checkout flows Performance optimization Multi-vendor marketplaces Migration to / from platform WPEngine / Kinsta hosting
PDP, Cart & Checkout

The pages where revenue is won or lost. Product detail, cart, checkout — designed and instrumented as the most important screens on the site.

PDP design & merchandising Variant & bundle UX Quick-add & mini-cart Upsell & cross-sell rules 1-page / accelerated checkout Wallets & UPI integration Cart abandonment hooks Post-purchase & thank-you UX
Integrations & Operations

Inventory, fulfillment, payments, reviews, loyalty — the operational stack wired to the storefront so the back office actually runs.

When a Site Becomes a Product

Web Apps, SaaS & Headless Builds

Custom web applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, portals — built on a modern stack (Next.js, React, Node), with the headless CMS architecture that lets your team move at marketing speed.

Web Applications & Dashboards

Internal tools, customer portals, dashboards — fully custom, role-based, and designed to scale to thousands of users.

Customer portals & accounts Admin & ops dashboards Booking & scheduling apps Membership platforms Learning / LMS platforms Marketplaces & directories Multi-tenant architecture Real-time / live features
Headless CMS & Composable

Headless setups that let marketing edit content without a deploy — Sanity, Contentful, Storyblok, Strapi — wired into Next.js or Astro front-ends.

Sanity / Contentful / Storyblok Strapi / Payload (self-hosted) Headless WordPress Headless Shopify (Hydrogen) Content modeling & schema Preview & draft workflows Multi-lingual content Editorial training & rollout
Modern Front-End Stack

Win in Search & Speed

Performance, SEO & Accessibility

The three invisible features that decide whether the site earns its traffic. Built in from day one — not bolted on at launch.

Core Web Vitals & Speed

A speed budget targeted, measured and defended — across every page type, on every device. Slow sites lose rankings, paid efficiency and revenue.

LCP < 1.5s target CLS < 0.1 target INP < 200ms target Image optimisation (AVIF / WebP) Font subsetting & loading JS / CSS bundle budgets CDN & caching strategy Lab + field monitoring
SEO-Ready Architecture

A site built so SEO can win — semantic HTML, schema, clean URLs, fast everything. Then a content strategy that fills it.

Semantic HTML & headings Schema / structured data XML sitemap & robots.txt Canonical & hreflang setup Open Graph & meta Programmatic SEO pages Internal-link architecture 404 / redirect map
Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA)

Accessible-by-default — not a compliance checkbox. Better for every user, required by law in many markets, and a ranking signal Google now reads.

Color contrast & typography Keyboard navigation Screen-reader audit Semantic landmarks & ARIA Form accessibility Focus management Captioning & alt text Reduced-motion support
Analytics & Tracking Setup

Instrumented from launch — every section, click and conversion event tagged, so growth has the data it needs from day one.

GA4 & Looker Studio Google Tag Manager Meta Pixel & Conversions API Server-side GTM Heatmaps (Hotjar / Clarity) Form & funnel tracking UTM & campaign hygiene Consent & privacy compliance

Launch is Day One

CRO, Maintenance & Iteration

A site that launches and stops is a site that decays. The real value is the post-launch sprint cycle — testing, fixing, scaling.

Conversion Rate Optimisation

Hypothesis-driven A/B tests, multi-variant flows, personalisation rules — a continuous program of squeezing more revenue from the same traffic.

CRO research & hypothesis A/B & multivariate testing Page personalisation Form & checkout testing Pricing & offer tests Exit-intent & recovery Statistical significance checks Winning-variant rollout
Maintenance & Reliability

Updates, security patches, backups, uptime monitoring — the unglamorous work that keeps revenue flowing while you sleep.

Monthly platform updates Security patches & hardening Daily backups & restore tests Uptime & status monitoring Error & bug fixes Performance regression checks Plugin / app stack reviews SLA-based support
Roadmap & Iteration

A living roadmap of small launches, page additions and feature drops — so the site keeps becoming a better salesperson, every quarter.

Quarterly roadmap planning Feature scoping & sprints New page & section design Component library extension Campaign & seasonal updates Content refresh program Tech-debt & refactor sprints Quarterly health report

How We Build It

From brief to compounding asset.

A five-step build cycle that produces a site you can ship without surprises — and a system your team owns.

1
Step 01
Discover

Stakeholder & user research, IA, brand alignment, success metrics. Output: a brief everyone agrees on.

2
Step 02
Design

Wireframes → high-fidelity → prototype. Design system built in parallel. Sign-off, then build.

3
Step 03
Build

Production engineering. Component library, CMS, integrations. Staging environment from day one.

4
Step 04
Launch

QA across devices, performance & a11y audits, analytics QA, content migration, go-live with monitoring.

5
Step 05
Iterate

CRO sprints, maintenance, roadmap delivery. The site keeps becoming a better salesperson, every quarter.

Why Vijay

A web partner, not a vendor.

Most studios design beautifully or engineer well — rarely both, almost never wired to marketing. We do all three.

Designed and Engineered Together

Designers and engineers on one team, sharing a design system. No "spec handoff that doesn't quite match" — what you sign off is what ships.

Conversion as a First-Class Goal

Every site is built backwards from the conversion event. We instrument first, ship second, optimise third — and prove the result.

Modern Stack, Real Production

Next.js, headless CMS, edge hosting — the stack the best teams in the world ship on. No legacy traps, no platform lock-in.

Wired to the Rest of Your Growth

The site doesn't sit in a silo. It's connected to your performance ads, organic content, automation and brand — so every channel benefits from the build.

FAQ

Common questions.

How long does a full website build take? +

A landing page sprint runs 2–4 weeks. A standard marketing site is 6–10 weeks. A Shopify storefront or web app typically runs 8–14 weeks depending on scope. We give a fixed timeline at scoping, not a "we'll see" estimate.

Which platform should we build on? +

It depends. For D2C e-commerce, almost always Shopify (or Hydrogen for advanced setups). For marketing sites, Next.js with a headless CMS is the default — but we'll recommend Webflow or Framer if speed-to-market matters more than custom flexibility. For web apps, Next.js + Node + Supabase / Postgres.

Do you handle copywriting? +

Yes — strategic web copy is part of every full build. We write the page hierarchy, hero copy, value props, CTAs and SEO copy. If you have an in-house writer or want to write long-form content yourself, we'll work to your text.

Will my team be able to edit the site after launch? +

Yes — that's a design constraint we hold. Every build ships with an editable CMS (Sanity, Contentful, Storyblok, Webflow or Shopify) configured for non-technical editors, plus a video training library and a live walkthrough session.

Who owns the code and design files? +

You do, completely. The repo lives in your GitHub organisation, Figma files in your workspace, CMS under your account, hosting under your billing. If we ever part ways, your site keeps running and any developer can pick it up.

Can you redesign an existing site without losing SEO? +

Always. Every redesign starts with a full SEO migration plan — URL map, redirect strategy, content preservation, structured data parity — so rankings carry over (and usually improve from the speed and a11y gains).

Do you support the site after launch? +

Yes. Every project includes a 60-day care period at no extra cost. Beyond that, we offer maintenance retainers and Web Partner retainers — uptime monitoring, security patches, CRO sprints, and continuous shipping of new pages and features.

What does it cost? +

Project fees scale with scope — number of templates, complexity of integrations, custom development required, content volume. Every engagement starts with a Diagnose session and a written, fixed scope. No surprise invoices.

Let's Build

Make your site your hardest-working salesperson.

Book a Diagnose session. We'll review your current site (or your blank page), map the build that fits your stage, and ship a fixed scope you can sign off the same week.
